Check In & Pick UpBefore the show, students/parents will check into the chorus room where they will be asked to stay back stage until their performance. To ensure the safety of children. All children under the age of 18 must be picked up from the chorus room by a parent. Students in the second half of the show will be asked to come back stage at intermission and remain until their performance. After their performance a parent must come pick up the children. It is recommended that all students stay for the whole show. There will be lots of inspiring talent on display and the support for all acts is greatly appreciated.
-
Proper DressStudents are asked to dress for success! Nothing over the top, but something that looks professional. No sneakers, jeans or T-shirts please.
-
What To BringMusic will be provided, but if you have your own personal sheet of music with specific notes made during lesson times, you should bring that. Students should bring their own instrument unless told otherwise. Pianos and drums will be provided.

Your Help/ConcessionsWe are looking for some assistance with our concessions. If you are interested in helping out and would like to bake or bring something for concessions, please contact us. We request waters and small packaged snacks for easy distribution. The goal is to make one portion snacks that will cost a dollar and can be dropped off when you arrive. Email Jack at jack@jacksguitargarage.com for additional information.
We are extremely excited to see what the students will accomplish this year and can’t wait for them to showcase their talent. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

* Please keep in mind that with the gathering of this many students, patience and understanding is required. While our expectations are very high for a smooth running operation we are always learning. Students & parents should understand that these performances are simply used to help students find comfort with performing in front of a live audience and gain experience. The fact that students are willing to put themselves on stage in front of an audience is itself an accomplishment. Know that we are continually striving to enrich our student’s lives through education and experience, and appreciate your continued support in helping grow our musical community.
