Lesson fees are processed on the first of the month for that month. JGG’s payments are made through our automated payment system. We ask that a CC/debit card be held on file in order to streamline our systems and help our desk staff focus on improving your education experience.
Your lesson(s) will take place on the same day and time each week. Please keep in mind that school vacations, half days and school closures have no bearing on our lesson schedule. See website for our calendar.
All lessons are paid for whether attended or not. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed, but all efforts will be made to find another time that works with our schedule if we are notified 24 hours before lesson time, or in case of emergency. Please email or call with lesson conflicts and rescheduling.
There will be no charge and no lessons scheduled on the following National/Federal Holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve and Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
If a holiday causes there to be less than four lessons in a given month students will only be charged for lessons scheduled. Some days we will be closed due to months having more than four Mondays, Tuesdays, etc. Please check our calendar online for our schedule.
Credits will be applied to the following month for lessons cancelled by JGG due to inclement weather and/or an instructor's previous commitment or illness. In these cases, students will be notified via our web site, by email and/or phone. Please make sure we have all of your current information.
Please keep in mind that our teachers do not handle any scheduling, so please email or inform the front desk of scheduling conflicts/vacations.
