Guitar, Bass, Piano and Ukulele Instructor
Spencer started working at Jack's Guitar Garage in 2012 at the front desk. After he graduated from Algonquin in 2015, he taught at Jack's Summer Rock School for a couple summers. Now that's he has his Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, he's very excited to be back as a private lesson instructor. He teaches guitar, bass, beginner piano, and ukulele.
While he majored in music, his concentration of study was in Sound Recording, and Spencer enjoys recording and mixing his own and other people's music. When he's not working at Jack's, he's often working as the sound engineer at various venues in the Boston area. He strongly believes that all music is good music, but his favorite genres are folk, jazz, hip-hop and R&B.

what inspired you into music
I was inspired into music when I realized how deeply it can resonate with myself and others. I live to make people feel through sound.
FAVORITE TEACHING MOMENT
My favorite musical teaching moment is when I can make the student laugh during lessons. It's very rewarding to know they're enjoying themselves while learning.
