Jack’s Guitar Garage offers weekly, 30 minute private ukulele lessons for ages 6 and up. Students learn how to read melodies using notation, strum chords to their favorite songs, and add rhythmic concepts to their playing.

Over the past couples years, the Ukulele has seen a huge rise in popularity. It’s easy to transport, fun to strum and sing, and has a very unique sound that is easy to listen to.  Because of these points, the ukulele is a great first instrument for kids and adults alike. Starting the ukulele has a bit smaller learning curve than other instruments, but just like anything, there are many techniques and styles that can take a while to master.
